Announcements West Ridge SDA Fellowship March 10, 2007

• The next West Ridge Planning Committee meeting will be held on Monday, March 12 at 7:00 PM.
• Men's Bible Study - 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at Joel's house (38 Tuscany Ravine Manor NW, 208-3751).
• The Mustard Seed Street Ministry - West Ridge is volunteering at the Mustard Seed on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm. There is room for 3 more volunteers! Contact Dawn (dawn@west-ridge.org, 441-6925) for more information.
• Calgary Women's Bible Study - "The Next Door Saviour" by Max Lucado. More information to come.
• Cochrane Bible Study - Thursdays at 7:30 pm. Contact Monika (851-5501) or Honey (239-1857)
• On Sabbath March 17, 2007, there will be training and practice session for those who are speaking in April. More information to come!
• This Spring, starting Friday evening, April 13, we will present a mini series, a taste of the full series. Please attend so that you will know exactly what it is you are inviting your friends to and as a Revival, Refresher time. Your brothers and sisters in Christ will be the presenters. Support and encourage them as they step out in faith, and if God has placed a burden on your heart to invite someone to the April meetings, invite them and attend with them.

  The meetings will be Friday evening, Saturday church time, and Saturday early afternoon. We will supply soup and buns, or some light repast, between church and the afternoon meeting. Child care will be provided. This will be the program for the last three weekends in April.

• Pastor Honey will be preaching at West Ridge for 2 Sabbaths each month. If you have any speakers you would like to hear on the other Sabbaths, please contact Nicole Price (nmprice01@shaw.ca or 228-2546).

• Staff applications are available to work at Foothills Camp this summer. If you would like an application, contact Philip (phwright@shaw.ca or 241-9249)

• Alberta Women's Retreat - March 30-April 1, 2007 at the Red Deer Lodge. Speakers include Carla Baker - Keynote speaker, Pastor Honey Todd - mid-morning speaker, and Cynthia Campbell - early morning speaker. The theme is Getting It Together. There will be a Hat & Gloves Fashion Show on Saturday evening for entertainment. Applications will be coming soon!

• Start thinking about next school year. Early registration at Chinook Winds Adventist Academy is from March 1 until March 30, 2007. Register early and get a discount on your registration fee.
• The Calgary Central SDA Church Crusader Pathfinder Club is holding a Swim-a-Thon on Sunday, March 11 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. You can sponsor a participant by contacting Michele Edgson at 239-4439 or edgsonm@shaw.ca. By sponsoring a Pathfinder, you are helping them go to the 2009 International Pathfinder Camporee in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. For more information on the Camporee, visit www.camporee.org.
